At Vagikamath Impex, we strive to deliver high-quality spices, herbal products, millets, and seeds. If you experience any issues with your order, our Refund and Return Policy ensures a smooth resolution.
Eligibility for Return
We accept returns only in cases of:
Damaged or defective products
Incorrect items delivered
Quality-related concerns verified by us
Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on:
Opened or used items
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Items purchased under clearance discounts
Refund Process
Once we inspect and approve the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are made via the original payment method or store credit based on customer preference.
Replacement Policy
If eligible, customers can request a replacement instead of a refund. We will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
Incorrect Address or Non-Delivery
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or repeated non-availability of the customer, shipping charges will not be refunded.
